Reveal is a comprehensive update of our SpikeDetector product. The neural network algorithms were trained and tested on 800+ long-term records (adult and child, more than 33,000 spikes and 670 seizures) resulting in vastly-improved accuracy. The seizure sensitivity is more than twice that of our competition, and the false positive spike rate has been reduced by a factor of ten (compared to our previous product), and is four times more sensitive than our competition.
Reveal spike and seizure detection and SpikeReview are seamlessly integrated with Insight II EEG review. Reveal can be launched directly from the Insight II toolbar, or automatically with no user intervention required. Reveal supports all DEEG file formats supported by Insight II (currently over 50 formats with new ones being added regularly). Most manufacturers’ file formats allow on-line detection. Reveal detection has been fully integrated with several major EEG recording systems; contact your EEG instrument manufacturer for details.
