What's New

New Persyst EEG Suite Version 2007.10.08. This new version of the Persyst EEG Suite marks a significant step forward in the use of digital EEG for the monitoring and treatment of critically ill and EMU patients. Four new major features score a grand slam of improvements in the application of EEG monitoring.
ClearTrend: Adaptive Artifact Rejection. Detects artifact channels on-the-fly, and dynamically removes them from MagicMarker trend calculations. Channels are automatically returned when artifact abates.
ElectroDX: Alerts clinicians to artifact-ridden electrodes with a simple, easy to read display - regardless of the cause. This allows the cause of the artifact to be addressed directly to improve the accuracy of EEG monitoring.
EASI Single-Panel Trending: Are you overwhelmed with all the options for monitoring patients? EASI is the answer - a single panel which combines Asymmetry Trends (absolute and relative), SQRT scaling of spectogram data, ADR suppression ratio, and aEEG in a single trend panel for virtually any clinical application.
- MagicMarkerMail: It all comes together with the new integrated email client that sends notifications with images of trend and underlying EEG waveforms. ClearTrend makes this feature even more useful by reducing or eliminating the number of false notifications caused by artifact.
In addition to these new features, we continue to enhance the program to improve your experience with the Persyst EEG Suite. The following enhancements have also been made to our family of products:
Insight II - increased exporting options, improved user control of comments tab display and setup, addition of the balanced reference setup and improved auto-save features to prevent loss of data.
Reveal - the best in spike detection and review has gotten faster and more efficient in its CPU utilization.
MagicMarker - improved ability to set up and view notification thresholds, and automated channel setup.
- File Formats: We added support for the BioSignal format.
